Founding pricing · Specialty subcontractors · Divisions 03–33

Priced per bid, not per seat.

Every price is on this page. Per-bid work is a flat fee, fixed before we start. The Department runs your whole bid desk for a fraction of one estimator's salary, month-to-month. Start free; climb only as far as the work takes you.

Terms on the sheet

Six terms. No fine print.

01

Per company. The free takeoff and the three at $99 are per company, not per project. After those four, takeoffs are $200 and an estimate with proposal is $300.

02

Revisions.Minor drawing revisions are free until bid day. A substantial addendum that changes scope is re-priced at 25–50% of the original fee — told to you before we start, never after.

03

Guarantee. If a verified takeoff error on our part affects your bid, we revise or replace at no cost.

04

Conflict wall.We never work for two competing subs on the same bid. Your plans and your pricing stay in our shop — never resold, never used on another sub's bid.

05

Large or multi-building.Same package, quoted flat per project before we start; 3–5 days typical. Multi-building programs and campus work welcome.

06

Rush lane.Bid-day emergency: +50%, one-day turnaround, subject to a scope check at intake.

Questions

Six answers.

Which trades?
Any scope a GC can put on an ITB — divisions 03 through 33. The published sample is a four-trade interior renovation. A trade-specific measurement rule ships only where a real one exists; where it doesn't, the line is flagged rather than estimated. The ladder is per bid; a large or multi-building scope is quoted flat before we start.
Which portals?
BuildingConnected, Procore, iSqFt, SmartBidNet and direct email invitations. Forward the invite; the agent fetches the documents from wherever they live. Nothing for you to log into.
Who signs?
Nursultan Temirbaev, estimator of record, Indian Trail NC. Every number on every rung — the free one included — is signed before you see it. Nothing is sent to a GC by us; you send.
How accurate is it?
We do not quote a percentage. Every line carries a GOLD, SILVER or FLAGGED grade with the sheet it came from. The public sample is 37 lines: 27 GOLD · 3 SILVER · 7 FLAGGED — and the seven are published with the sheet each failed on. If a verified takeoff error on our part affects your bid, we revise or replace at no cost. Check the sample against the public record.
Where do my documents go?
They stay in our shop. Never resold, never used on another sub's bid. We never work for two competing subs on the same bid — the conflict wall is part of the price.
How do I stop?
Per-bid work ends when the bid ends; there is nothing to cancel. The Department is month-to-month — stop by email. No card on the free takeoff, no login, no software to remove.

Within the hour

Fixed fee, named before we start.

Forward the invite. You hear back within the hour: on a per-bid job the fee is fixed before any work begins, never after; on the free first takeoff there is no fee to fix.
